Service Outage - 26/27 May 2004

As you may have noticed, DoYourOwnSite! has experienced some downtime over the past 24 hours (26/27 May 2004). This has been due to a hardware failure, which was outside of our control, and subsequently being seriously let down by one of our hardware suppliers. Engineers have been working through the night and this morning to resolve the problem which has now been fixed.

This is the first time in over two and a half years that we have experienced a problem such as this. We have spent, and continue to spend, a great deal of money to ensure that we can offer the highest level of reliability and would like to assure all our customers that we have already begun making inroads to ensure, as best we can, that such a problem will not happen again.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that might have been caused. Your business is important to us and we hope that this unfortunate, isolated incident will not reflect badly on the reliability and quality of service that you have become accustomed to.
